How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our orders are processed within 3 business days, and shipped immediately after processing. 

All orders are delivered 10-15 business days after shipping.

We ship direct from our partner warehouses across Asia and Europe. If you order a few items, they may be shipped separately, as different suppliers specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We've done everything we can to keep our shipping costs minimal, which is part of the reason we ship direct from our suppliers in Europe and Asia.

What that means is that for all orders over $50, shipping is free, no matter where you're located!

For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to 27 countries, and our prices are the same irrespective of where you live - $10 postage, or free on orders over $50. Our delivery timeframe is the same for both domestic and international postage.

We currently ship to;

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom & United States.

Where is my order shipping from?

We ship direct from our partner warehouses across Asia and Europe. If you order a few items, they may be shipped separately, as different suppliers specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

We operate this way for two reasons;

1. We just can't justify the double handling! As much as we love the idea of cute packaging, we decided to reduce our carbon footprint by not double shipping and double packing every item.

2. Even better, there's cost savings in this format, and we pass those savings onto our customers. Cool threads shouldn't break the bank!

Where do you ship to?

Everywhere the light touches...we ship to! If you have a question about international shipping, drop us a line at hello@tinytiger.com.au, but rest assured we've got you covered.

What is your returns policy?

If you don't LOVE your purchase, we want to make it right! Just shoot us an email at hello@tinytiger.com.au and we'll organise an exchange or refund, no questions asked. Please just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: items must be returned in saleable condition; unworn with tags attached. Return postage is at the buyer's cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We get it, things happen! Please get in touch with us if you need help with a current order and we'll move mountains to try and update it before it's shipped. Drop us a line at hello@tinytiger.com.au and one of our team will jump on it within 24 hours.

What materials are your clothes made with?

Cotton, cotton and cotton! We're all about comfort and durability, so we prioritise cotton first and foremost.

From time to time you'll find a cotton blend in our collection, usually elastane or polyester, and this is just to enhance the performance and durability of high wear and tear items, or to allow for stretch and shape retention.

Above all, we want your little ones comfy with soft, breathable fabrics against their skin. We keep this in mind ALWAYS.
